A rough map showing the general layout and areas of my woodland plot and some of the features in it. The north, west and south borders of my wood are marked by tracks or “rides”. The two gravel ones belong to my property. The eastern border adjoins another wooded area and is marked by posts a blue rope. The footpaths within the wood are what I have created by cutting the undergrowth and walking them regularly.
